Mack-Cali Real Estate wanted to rebrand a building complex on the Jersey City waterside to attract tech companies (and their millennial employees) to three, 700 units skyscraper buildings build facing Manhattan. We created a site experience, video, and collateral that positioned Jersey City as the new Brooklyn, complete with restaurant, nightlife, art, and museums. The site featured commute times, maps, interviews, and stop motion video to showcase in short time the many aspects of the area.
